Last year, my 19 year old brother Jonathan Fielding fell to his death off a cliff in southern Utah while doing photography. Doing this jump, as terrifying as it was, was closure I didn’t know I needed. The folks running the rope swing were absolutely fantastic. The two people who drove our group to and from the site, the guy who explained everything and made sure everyone was safe, the drone operator, and Zach who was clipping the jumpers in and guiding them off, they were all amazing. As nervous as I was, I knew that they were all working hard to keep everyone safe and make sure everyone had a good time. The jump itself was insanely cool. It was terrifying and the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life. But the joy you feel when you reach the end of the rope and realize you actually did it is indescribable. I would call it a once in a lifetime experience, but I’m sure I’ll be back someday to do it again. Sign up to do it. Even if you don’t think you can make yourself jump. Once I got up to the cliff and started getting clipped to the rope, I said I couldn’t do it. I was scared as hell. I didn’t think it was possible for me to force myself off the ledge. But some encouragement from Zach (who is so awesome, by the way) and 2 seconds of sudden courage was all it took. If you’re on the fence about getting drone footage, just do it. It’s the coolest video you’ll ever have of yourself. It’s so cinematic and you look like the main character in a super cool movie. And if you have a camera, bring it! You’ll have time to get the coolest shots of other people jumping.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Moab Rope Swing is hands down one of the most exhilarating and memorable experiences I’ve ever had—not just in Moab, but anywhere in the world! From the breathtaking location to the adrenaline-pumping swing, everything about this adventure was absolutely perfect. The team at Moab Rope Swing goes above and beyond to ensure both safety and excitement. They’re not just experts in their field but also incredibly friendly and supportive. I felt completely at ease thanks to their professionalism and thorough safety protocols. Every step, from gearing up to taking that leap, was handled with the utmost care and attention, making it accessible even for those who might be nervous about heights. The experience itself is beyond words. There’s nothing quite like the rush of swinging out over the stunning canyon backdrop, feeling a sense of freedom and thrill that’s truly unmatched. Whether you’re a seasoned adventurer or just looking for a unique way to experience the beauty of Moab, this is a must-do. Huge thanks to the entire team for making this such an unforgettable adventure. I’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend it highly enough! If you’re in Moab, don’t miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime experience. They’re also professional paramotor pilots so ask them how to learn if you’re interested!

1000% recommend - Carson, Canyon, and Moth made this experience incredible! I felt completely safe while being absolutely exhilarated. Things to know: The shuttle to the swing is on 4x4s on VERY rough terrain. They are safe, but not necessarily slow the whole way, so you can get tossed around. It was SO FUN but if you have pre-existing back pain, I imagine you might not enjoy it as much. The 4x4s are open, so you WILL get dirty. You shouldn't expect to stay clean out in the desert, regardless, but you will definitely get dirty here 😆 There is a short hike from the shuttle point to the swing. Wear appropriate clothing/shoes. The harnesses are not just legs and waist, they are full body and the straps are wide enough and slightly padded, making them unexpectedly painless while you swing. Last, but most importantly... the MVP of Moab Rope Swing: Frito the Cliff Dog. I've only just met him and I love him.

I'm super grateful for this once-in-a-lifetime experience and for the guys working to make it memorable...
