Wouldn't even offer one star. I recieved a fridge that another veteran purchase for me as I am a disabled veteran myself, and they delivered it last week and hooked it up and then left. I called and told them it was unlevel and therefore was leaking freezer water into my fridge and the doors needed to be switched to the other side. The lady told me she would have the guy come and take care of it today. When he showed up he was rude and told me he fixed appliances not levels them or switches the doors and would have to charge me $150 to have a service guy come back out. When I asked them how they sell and deliver appliances and hook them up but not at least level them he said because he didn't get that much for the fridge he "should've left it sitting on the front porch". I called back to the store and spoke to the lady again about the mistreatment, and she just told me they will come out to pick it up and refund the money and that the guy recorded the entire visit while he was here. This is not only illegal to record me without my consent or knowledge, but very disrespectful to come into my home and record anything in my home without my okay. I can’t say enough about how amazing they were with us. We first set up a time for them to come out. The day before they were supposed to come, a rep from the company called to let us know that the repair guy was sick and that we would need to reschedule, giving us more than enough notice. Jeff came out and gave me an estimate on a washer repair, he was so kind and gave us time to think it over before repairing the washer. We decided to repair it, and he came back out as soon as the parts came in. He didn't charge us very much to do the repairs, he was very reasonable.
