Beware! I have been helping my aunt look for an apartment. She went and was not able to view the actual apartment but was shown a "model" of what she would be renting. So she paid the $49 application fee because she was satisfied with the model. Well, after being approved, she was then shown the actual apartment. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND NOTHING LIKE WHAT THE MODEL LOOKED LIKE. She was told she agreed to a non refundable application fee. Which she did. But the apartment looked nothing like the model that she was shown. THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING. And the apartment upstairs smelled like weed that they must have been smoking in an apartment in close proximity. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM! Rent is cheaper than other places, but by the time they finish charging you for trash (that you have to take a mile away to dump), water (that you can't track yourself to make sure it is right) pest control (that is a joke) and everything else (monthly pet fee, carpet cleaning, etc) you are paying more than a luxury apartment. The rooms are SUPER small and the walls are super thin. My neighbor played loud music all night long. When I complained they said they would write them a note. (Big Joke that never fixed the problem) But when someone stole my licence plate they towed my car even though I told I was getting it replaced.
