Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Mobile

Absolutely the worst service in Mobile. Ordered on line never received the message. Pizza was to be in the portal between 7:34 and 7:40. When I didn’t get code I went to store arrived at 7:45. Portal box was off and no pizzas in it. Counter person said he didn’t know about order. I showed him my phone he looked it up and saw it was in system. I asked for manager. Young man came up that had a dirty untucked T-shirt on and said him was manager. Did not give me his name. He told me portal box did not work so they probably threw my pizzas away. Mind you they were not even supposed to be ready until 5 minutes before I walked in door. He said he would refund my money I said ok. He handed me a receipt I asked were my money was he said I would get it in 3-5 days. I told him this was unacceptable he should have explained it to me. Never once did he offer any type of apology. I asked him for store managers name and number he refused to give me either. I insisted on getting number he replied that it was on receipt. Which it is not. I again asked for a number and he said I’ll get you one and went to the back. For some reason he and his counter people all thought this was funny. Manager would not come back to front for 3-5 minutes when I asked counter person to get him he came up and said he had no name or number. I said this was unacceptable. At which point a customer started yelling at me saying he was just a boy. He said he was 22 That’s a man and he said he was the manager. Managers are accountable and should have answers. His staff seemed to think this was funny also. His counter person told me I could go to Pizza Hut? Mobile is under a mask mandate. Not one employee was wearing gloves or mask? Store was filthy I took pictures before I left. But your cameras can verify this. I will never set foot in your establishment again. I just don’t understand how your whole business is built on Hot and Ready and you can’t...

IF THERE WAS ANY LESS RATING THAN 1 STAR, I WOULD LOWER MINE TO ZERO STARS. FIRSTLY THIS RESTAURANT IS THE ONE OF DIRTIEST PLACES SERVING FOOD IN MOBILE! THE MANAGEMENT CANNOT CONTROL THE STAFF AS THEY BOUNCE AROUND TALKING AMONGST EACH OTHER, EXITING THE RESTRAUNT FRONT DOOR TALKING TO FRIENDS OUTSIDE WHILE THE MANAGER IS FULLY AWARE... THEY HAVE ZERO PROTOCOL... THEY COULDNT MAKE A DECENT PIZZA TO SAVE A LIFE!

EVERY SINGLE PIZZA I HAVE EVER GOTTEN HERE WAS A 1/10. TOPPINGS ALL ON THE RIGHT SIDE GIANT BURNT BUBBLES IN THE DOUGH NO SAUCE AND WRONG PORTION OF CHEESE

EVERY SINGLE DEEP DISH IS RAW DOUGH IN THE MIDDLE. IF I WENT RIGHT NOW AND ORDERED 5 DEEP DISH PEPPERONI PIZZAS EVERYONE WOULD BE RAW DOUGH IN THE MIDDLE!!!!!!! WHYYYYYY?!?!?!?

35 MIN FOR A HOT AND READY WHICH I DID NOT KNOW AND THE MANAGER TOOK MY PAYMENT AND NEVER SAID A WORD ABOUT SAID 35 MIN WAIT BEFORE OR AFTER I ORDERED

THIS RESTAURANT KEEPS APPROXIMATELY 2 PIZZA'S IN THE HOT N READY BOXES. EVEN AT LUNCH! NO PREPAREDNESS AT ALL WHEN LUNCH HITS, THIS PLACE GRINDS TO A HAULT AND AVERAGE WAIT TIME FOR ANYTHING WILL BE 20-30 MIN

ONCE WAS WAITING ON A THREE MEAT PIZZA FOR ABOUT 20 MIN... WAITING PATIENTLY IM LOOKING AROUND AMD NOTICE ALL THE EMPLOYEES JUST STANDING IN THE VERY BACK TALKING AND LAUGHING. I ASKED THE MANAGER HOW MUCH LONGER ON MY ORDER? SHE SAID ITS JUST COMING OUT OF THE OVEN... WELL IM THINKING I CAN SEE THE PIZZA OVEN AND CLEARLY NOTHING IS COMING OUT OF IT NOW.... I WANT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT SO I REPLY "OK" AND HAVE A SEAT TO CONTINUE WAITING... THEN I SEE AN EMPLOYEE MAKE A MOVE TO START PREPARING MY PIZZA AFTER TALKING TO THE MANAGER....ANOTHER 20 MIN AND I HAD MY ORDER. WELL I KNOW WHY MY PIZZA TOOK SO LONG... EVERYONE HERE GETS PAID TO TALK AND CUT UP THEY ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WORK FOR THEIR PAYCHECK.

I ordered a Italian cheesy bread WITH PEPPERONI AND ITALIAN SAUSAGE and other items cashier in drive thur was very polite and tOOK order correctly TOTAL CAME OUT 18.69 and order ticket says everything correctly needless to say my order was WRONG.. After waiting for my order (about 10/15 min) the lady who brought it to me explained that she DON'T think this what you ordered and instead she gave me a BOX (cheesy bread and deep dish pizza) but that's not what i wanted. Went inside to speak with management she was SOO LOUD UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! Not one time did she ask what org order was she asked how much did caahier charge me i stated four dollars for cheesy bread and extra for topping she then said OH NO THIS 8.50 AND TOOK ITEM reminder i never wanted that anyway then she begin to Argue with me saying that cheesy bread which it is but it doesnt have my topping on it well because she was so RUDE AND NASTY I GOT A FULL REFUND OF MY ORDER and i hear them saying well its just wasted food.. And to Top off this experience the food i open pointing at speaking over INSTEAD OF THROWING IT IN TRASH THEY PUT IT BACK IN WARMER TO SALE TO NEXT CUSTOMER PIZZA...
