Waste Management decided it’s not their problem, rather the local residents problem that there is a low hanging power wire in front of my home, hindering their ability to drive their truck under it. With that said the next week the driver decided it would be a good idea to drive through my yard and ditch to go around it. That tore up my yard, see attached photo. I called and filed a complaint and asked to speak with a manager, of course they wouldn’t put one on the phone and I have heard nothing from them and oit has been over a month. All these companys now claim they strive for customer service but yet there is none to be found. Then they send me a review and this same write up went on that. Truth is where I live they have a contract with the county and the bill comes out of your property tax so they could careless since they are being paid either way. It looks as though if I have any more problems with them I will have to go through the county comissioner or an attorney. They have no interest at all in dealing...

Will not even retrieve their own trash can. Sent two messages, have called many times for it to try to connect me for over 10 minutes each time with no answer to both Advanced Disposal and Waste Management, the company that bought them.
Previous tenants used this service. Took four weeks and taping a sign to the trash can for them to actually empty the can for them to retrieve- WHICH THEY WON’T ANSWER THE PHONE TO DO. I’m honestly not even sure they emptied it or if the other trash services on our road felt bad seeing the can at the road for four weeks and seeing how far we were having to go by putting a sign on it.
This is actually the most ridiculous thing ever. I’M TRYING TO GIVE YOU BACK YOUR TRASH CAN. PLEASE COME PICK...
Read moreUPDATE: After the one year anniversary, WM increased our bill by about $50, with no prior notification. (Continued to increase each month until service was severed) The service was delayed, and customer service representatives were not responsive. After following the contract to the letter to end our service, WM became very difficult to reach or resolve any issues. Our contract stated the dumpster would be removed within 14 days, but it took well over 30 days WITH old garbage from the last week of service. Consumer beware! WM starts out great, but ends up terrible. We've been with WM for about 7 months now and have had the best experience with them. Service is dependable, done as expected, wonderful driver, excellent communication, and billing is so easy to read/understand/pay. We truly appreciate the great service...
