For those that complain about the staff and/or the service, I can only imagine it started on your side of the counter. For me, the experience was NOTHING but pleasurable from beginning to end.

I was in town for work, stuck away from home for Independence Day, and decided to do something memorable. Let me say that this covered the bases entirely! I really expected so much more of a crowd, but it was a nice, relaxed afternoon. From arrival to departure, I was there about 2 1/2 hours.

Checking in was simple....just sign all the waivers, which basically say that you know the risks you're taking, and you're willing to do so without placing the blame on the company's shoulders. Anyone considering a jump should know this already, however.

The young ladies at the counter took my money and set me up with an instructor with no hassles, and smiled the entire time.

My tandem instructor was Kirk. He was friendly and tolerated all of my 'beginner's' questions with patience and a smile. When it came time for the jump, he went over the steps with me one last time, and then it was time to take that final, unrecoverable step out of the plane.

I won't bore you with details; suffice it to say that the experience was AMAZING!. I will DEFINITELY be doing this again. I travel to the area a couple of times a year, and I'm sure I'll be back to Skydive Oregon to do so. Thank you so much for an awesome...

From the moment we met, Tim's kind and caring nature put me at ease, having an instructor who genuinely cares about your comfort and safety makes all the difference—and Tim is exactly that person.

Not only is Tim incredibly professional, but he also has an amazing energy that makes the entire experience feel more like an adventure with a friend than a formal jump. His enthusiasm is infectious, and it's clear that he loves what he does. Tim’s calm and reassuring demeanor made me feel confident and excited. He walked me through every step of the process with patience and clarity, ensuring that I was comfortable and prepared.

But beyond his skills as an instructor, what truly sets Tim apart is his incredible soul. He is a whole vibe, radiating positivity and making you feel like you're on top of the world even before you take that leap. His passion for skydiving is matched by his genuine care for the people he guides, and that combination made this the best experience of my life.

I cannot recommend Tim Tolbert enough. If you're considering skydiving, do yourself a favor and book with him—you won't regret it!

First and right off the bat, the gals who check you in are so kind, full of energy and work very hard to communicate. We went on a Saturday and the entire crew were working so hard on such a busy day. From the time of check in, to getting back on the ground was less than 4 hours. It was so fun watching others jump and hearing what they had to say after.

The training with Trinity was funny and he made you feel comfortable. He’s a hilarious character. He was happy to answer questions and knowledgeable.

My instructor was Matt T. and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED HIM!! He was all smiles and full of joy. You could really tell he loved what he did. I paid for the video and picture package and was NOT disappointed. Matt did an amazing job making sure I got the full experience and it showed in my video and pictures. I let him know right before my jump that I have two girls so please keep me safe. He made me feel comfortable telling me about his 27 chickens and that he wanted to get home too. I would absolutely request him again!

Everyone in my family had such a blast and you can tell that they all love what they do; it’ very hard work but they work hard to provide safety in a dangerous sport. I would not go anywhere else! If you’re thinking of taking the dive, don’t think. It’s was an out of this world experience that I most certainly do not regret.
