I dropped my car off around 11:30 for an oil change. "Nathan" asked if I was waiting, I said no, I will be back after work. I arrived around 5:30 to find out that my car had not been touched. They had my car for 6 hours! I asked to speak to the manager. "Ron" came and all he said was "sorry". Not, give me 15/20 minutes and I will get your oil changed asap or come back first thing tomorrow and I will get you taken care. No, instead all Ron said was sorry!! Really?? You would let a paying customer walk away?? That is some customer service!! I even said "now I have to take time out again and go get my oil changed somewhere else, and his response was "sorry". CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS are not there! Extremely, disappointing!!!
Then I emailed the company to let them know and they were apologetic and said they would have someone call me. 14 days later I emailed them again to let them know that no one called me. Then the next day I heard from someone. They had the "managers" employee "Brian" call me. I'm complaining about the manager so instead of given me to someone higher, they gave me to someone who reports to him. WOW!! Really?? And to top it off they want to blame the staff. All I was asking for is for "Ron" to understand customer service so this don't happen to another paying customer. If you have a customer who has had their car in there for over 6 hours, apologize and get it in ASAP. Do not...
Read moreI called about taking a tire in for repair. The lady that answered the phone identified herself as a person from the store I was calling. I ask her it this was the service dept. and she said yes. I was told to bring the tire out and they would have it done in 45 mins. I did that and when I got there I was told that my phone call had been transferred to somewhere in Wisconsin and that I couldn't get my tire fixed that day. So no one picks up the phone in the store in Illinois that I call and I get transferred to Wisconsin and some twit tells me to bring the tire in and they will get it done in 45 mins. Wow, what a way to do business. I drove about 40 miles round trip at $3.40 a gallon gas to find out that Farm & Fleet is run by a bunch of idiots. The good news is that I work at a major manufacturing company that has thousands of employees and this is bulletin board material for sure. I'll just bet if they knew the what this, I would bet the might cost them, I would bet that they would possibly hire some one and put them at the switchboard to answer calls at the actual store that is being called. Don't worry Farm & Fleet....I won't bash you in my bulletin board posting..........in fact I am going to post this review. That should let everyone know how you run your business. Its pretty apparent that customers aren't very important...
Read moreI was very disappointed. My steering wheel had been shaking and I figured I needed a realignment. I took my car to farm and fleet and walked in. The lady at the desk was very nice. I told her what was going on and how I thought I'd need a realignment and she told me that i probably would just need to get my tires balanced. Since I'm not the professional, I said "that sounds good. Whatever will fix this steering wheel issue". I came to pick up my car and there was a man behind the desk this time. He showed me that my car's alignment was terrible and that I should get my two front tires replaced. I said how I originally thought I'd need a realignment. I then asked if the tire balance job they did should fix the tire shaking problem at least and he said that "it should". I thanked him for his help and told him that I would come to get my tires realigned soon. I get in my car, start to drive, and the steering wheel is shaking like crazy. I PAID MONEY FOR A BALANCE FOR NO REASON. I came in figuring that I'd need to get my tires aligned but I trusted the professionals! I would have never paid to get them balanced in the first place if I knew that it was entirely an alignment issue! Very very...
