Matt picked up our vehicle in Eau Claire on Saturday, December 16 and had it fixed up and ready to go the same day!! We are always very happy with his work!!

Earlier in the week on Monday, the power steering went out. Then on Friday, December 15 the battery light started flashing on and off, followed by a notification to "Check the Coolant Temp", and that was followed by "Engine overheated". We were able to make it to the Kwik Trip on MacArthur Avenue in Eau Claire.

My husband, got in touch with Matt to arrange a time to pick up the Suburban so he could get it back on the road for us.

I didn't expect it to be completed so quickly, but he exceeded my expectations as always having it finished the same day he picked it up!

Thank you Matt! You always come through for us, we appreciate you and your hard work always!!

I had engine problems on a Saturday morning as I was 70 miles into a 400 mile drive. The NAPA dealer gave me directions and Larry was very busy but made time to look at my 2009 GMC pickup. He diagnosed my engine problem, correctly by the way, allowed me to park in his lot while I waited for AAA to come with the tow.

I can't say enough about running into a friendly person who was willing to help when I needed...

The service was AMAZING. Our car was overheating on the way to a camping trip, and we needed help asap. We made it to the shop and Devin immediately came out and looked at our vehicle, did some tests and helped us right there on the spot. We appreciate you guys so so much, it truly felt like you cared and went above and beyond to help us....
