Monona Community Festival — Local services in Monona

Nope nope and nope. If you have kids under 7 please do not bother. Not only was this place packed. It was chaotic. I spent $25 on a bracelet, for like all but three rides because my kid couldn't go on much. Not only that but everyone is so rude. They don't care if your standing there. Personal space does not exist what so ever, and you won't expect an excuse me. Some people are kind. Not all were terrible. But the food was overpriced, and not only that but nothing was digital. I had to get cash out of an atm. When I initially hoped to use a card. But they don't do that. I wish we would have drove the half hour to Stoughton fair. It looks more spaced out and a wider variety of rides for the same price. We will not be attending this in the future. For my daughter's and my first experience here at a carnival it was stressful chaotic and just not worth it. I am sure there are a lot of other fun things around here. This was...

Please do not waste your time here. Truly. I was honestly disappointed as a mom. My daughter enjoyed the all but three rides she could ride.. but for the amount you pay you would expect more. And for how big the space is you would think they would spread it out more.. I just personally would suggest looking into something else for a family affair. Best Fireworks around! Frankly I wouldn't know what to do on the 4th of July without this event. Been going since I was a little boy and now enjoy taking my own son.
