Northeast Iowa Telephone Co — Local services in Monona

NEITEL provides terrible service at a terrible price. NEITEL takes advantage of the community they serve by being the only provider and then price gouges their customers. Internet speeds and pricing aren't even in the same ballpark as their competitors.

I moved to the community not too long ago. Overall, my experience in this community has been very positive EXCEPT having to use NEITEL.

9/26/2019 This new update sucks. Channel 220 info says one thing but it is all kids shows. If you go on info to find a show, you have to go through all of the shows, even the ones you DON'T get. Then when you finally find one, hitting OK no longer opens to the screen. You have to wait for the info screen to close on its own.
