We bought our house over 3 years ago, the process was really smooth and simple, with the great help from John Parin who helped and guided us all the way, the move in process was seamless. He is very professional and did not only answer questions about the community but technical questions about the surroundings and related environmental issues. He is the best and most knowledgeable house consultant I've ever met.

John was instrumental in helping us to push forward our completion for a week so we could visit and take care of my very sick mom on time. This could not be make possible without John's persistence to push and liaise with many many parties including his management team, contractors and crew on the ground (and of course special thanks to our great neighbour too who agreed to swap their move in date with us).
