We found MVP'S Services by searching for a plumber near us. We were looking for a small company as we felt like we could get better service. We were so lucky to find Steve (MVPS). We were looking to have a shower diverter valve checked out. We had it rebuilt once but that did not solve our dripping shower head problem. Steve promptly responded to our initial call and shortly thereafter stopped by to take a look at the problem. We also had him assess our aging water heater. We decided to have the water heater replaced with a tankless water heater. Steve is personable and professional. During his first visit, he provided a cost estimate and followed that up with a written proposal the next day. We have had some experience with plumbers in the past and we felt that Steve's proposal was very reasonable! We were happy to sign the proposal and setup a time to have the work done. Steve showed up on time and first replaced the shower diverter valve and then removed (and took away) our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater. Steve did a great job. Everything looked good and the work area was as clean as it was before he arrived. Our shower head no longer drips, and the tankless water heater works perfectly. We just had the inspection this morning and the inspector was in and out in 10 minutes. He said that everything looked perfect! We had a plumbing issue for a few weeks. Everything would drain for a couple of days and then would start to drain slow to the point of nothing draining properly.(Basically, couldn't use anything that went into the main line) After multiple clean outs, we went on our Town Facebook page to get recommendations for a plumber. MVP's Plumbing was HIGHLY recommended. We called Steve and quickly learned the reviews are 100% true. He made time for us in his schedule to come ASAP He showed up~ ON TIME FOUND the issue (which was not a typical issue) Didn't leave until it was 100% working correctly. Cleaned everything up and caulked the fixtures. He is VERY knowledgeable and affordable. (no loan needed) He explained each step and showed us the issue. Personable~ Didn't make us feel like just another customer. Treated us, our home & the job like we were friends/family. We will call MVP's Service for all our plumbing needs in the future. We were so happy to find Steve. My husband read reviews for different plumbing services and Steve sounded great. After our initial call to him he called back very quickly and stopped by the same day to assess our leaking shower faucet. We also asked him to check our 18-year-old water heater. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He explained how he would replace the shower diverter valve and what product was best. He also explained how a tankless water heater would work and what was entailed in the installation. Instead of waiting until our water heater failed we decided to be proactive and replace our 75 gallon water heater with the Navien tankless water heater. He did a very neat job and explained how to care for it. With the old water heater I could only fill our soaker tub half way before running out of hot water.
