I am leaving a review to formally express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience with this business. While I must acknowledge the exceptional creativity and talent of the design team—the work itself is visually impressive—the overall business operation left much to be desired and caused significant frustration and distress.

Despite placing an order well in advance, I never received the final product. Communication from them was highly unprofessional, including calls and text messages sent after business hours and even during early morning hours. My invoice was never finalized, which, in hindsight, was fortunate, as I later learned that your policy does not accommodate refunds—even when the service is not delivered.

My child was one of many students affected by this issue. I personally know several classmates and their families who also experienced similar difficulties—having to make repeated phone calls and in-person visits just to get updates or answers. It appears that the orders were not even printed until the actual day of graduation, despite having been placed weeks earlier. This led to unnecessary chaos and disappointment that could have easily been avoided with better planning and communication.

I urge this business to consider hiring an experienced business manager or operations lead to help streamline processes and improve customer service. The emotional impact this had on my child, and many others, is not something that should be...

I will recommend them to anyone. They are Tha GOAT up with the ink. So go up to the shop n get your shirts, pillows, license plate, blankets, socks, ties, n etc they have it all with the right spirit. They r some lovely people to b around why doing their work.
