Best Soul Food Restaurant — Restaurant in Monroe

This was a random stop for us on the way home to TX from S. Carolina. I'm so glad we gave it a try. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the entire experience. The food was awesome. It was very reasonably priced and the servings were huge. I couldn't finish mine and hated leaving it because I don't know when I'll have anything like it again. The hamburger steak was just a plain hamburger patty (frozen patties) with gravy, no onion or bell peppers in it and gravy on top. The beef tips weren't pieces of fresh meat that were cooked in gravy, it was a precooked piece of meat that had gravy on it.
