Mac's Fresh Market — Local services in Monroe

People that work at Macs at Lincoln store on Hwy 139 are very courteous and always willing to help me find an item that I can’t find. Love the Blue Bell Ice Cream for 2 for $ 11.00. Also love the Coke Zero, 3 cases for $11.00, because I am diabetic and am on disability from horrific car wreck, when young lady ran a red light when she was using her cellphone. I’ll never be able to Pastor a church or be a Chaplain for Hospice again. All because she had to use her cellphone while driving. I was able to buy a 2001 Chevy Truck for $3000, that has 260,000 miles on it. I’ll never be able to buy a new car again, all because she had to use her cellphone while driving. She wasn’t hurt, but my back and car were totaled out. I’ve had 5 back surgeries and just had spine stimulator put in because of horrific back pain. I thank God that I am still alive and can enjoy my 4 grandchildren. I love buying the Blue Bell Ice Cream from Macs for my grandchildren to enjoy with me !!! God Bless You Macs Grocery...

Horrible Customer Service. Mac's prices arebas high as Brookshires. At least at Brookshires you know you are paying higher prices for better service. Bag boys carry your groceries out and put them in the car for you, etc. At Mac's, most of the time I have to put my own bags in my cart, the cashier puts things together in a bag that don't belong together (e.g. Bread with cokes). And only once has there been someone offering to take my groceries out. So why are your prices so high again? Because your selection is minimal too. Stores are dirty...

This is the 7th and final time I buy rancid smelling meat from mac's "fresh" market y'all gonna get somebody seriously sick one of these days. Learn to look at what y'all are putting out on the meat shelves. I would give this no stars if I possibly could! I like going to mac's because it was the closest place to get groceries but I refuse to ever step foot in a mac's ever again. I will be driving to brookshires or Walmart if I have to no matter the drive. FYI y'all might wanna change y'all name from Mac's fresh market to just...
