I ordered the Weasley building at the end of July. At the time of purchase it was " in stock" on the website. It is now, November & my building just arrived. After 2 months of waiting & no word from the Company I called them asking about my order. They told me it was shipped and would arrive any day. 5 almost 6 weeks later it arrived. I had this issue with another Department 56 seller & decided to buy from a different place so I went to the Jolly Christmas Shop.. Same problem. I understand if a product isn't in stock and needs extra time for shipping, I understand if the pandemic has set everyone back, I understand sometimes it's going to take longer than expected. What I don't understand is the lack of communication. If my order will take months, email me. If you don't actually have my order at the time of purchase, let me know so I can decide if I want to purchase it from somewhere else. If it takes months to ship an order regularly put that on the website. These things are just basic good business practices. Giving someone $$ for a product and hearing nothing about it for months and months doesn't sit right with me. All in all I won't buy from here again unless it's a...

I was in emergency need of a "wow" wedding gift for my nephew. They had a destination wedding which we had to miss because my wife broke her leg. So they ended up surprising us with a Thanksgiving visit while staying in Dunedin FL. Found out last minute about the National Lampoon Christmas collection. Couldn't find anything local. Looked Jolly Christmas shop on line and was able to purchase the entire collection as a set. They were extremely helpful as they overnighter set from GA and I was able to wrap and present while they visited. All I can say is superb customer service ! It arrived on time and with 19 ceramic figurines all were boxed and wrapped to ensure none were broken. I wish I could remember the womens name that helped me out. But since I can't I will leave my name so that possibly the owner can look up my order and convey my thanks. I highly recommend the Jolly Christmas shop for your holiday gifts and decorations. I wish I had not trusted in some of the reviews and their polcy on their website. Says will ship in 1-3 days and arrive in 3-8 days. It has been 8 days and it hasn't even been processed or shipped. I keep getting told it will ship after 5 days. That is not the policy AND it has been past those 5 days. If I would have known it would take this long, I would have paid for expedited shipping. But who knows if they would follow that policy either? So, don't order from them expecting them to follow their own policies, give you honest answers, or to recieve your item anywhere close to the estimated window because they won't even ship it or process your order until long after you were told it would arrive, and they will just brush you off and give you the run around when you ask about it. Sadly, this is a timely item, and as if COVID hasn't ruined the holidays enough, this "Jolly" shop sure isn't helping.
