Quality Tree Care — Local services in Monroeville

I give this service five stars, because of their good price. They earned that. Also,they are friendly people to talk with. They did complete the work. They agreed to take 7 trees down, and took 4 down. I decided to save money,by removing the trunks and limbs myself. I paid the full price,because they claimed they would come back to remove the other 3, once I made room in the yard for the other 3,by cutting up the four downed ones and removing them.. It took a week or two, but they came and took the other 3 down...in about an hour! I would say that is professional service, and he helped me with this(even though he was short handed), since I told him that I only had another week with the local recycling center to dispose of them(limbs and trunks), because the only recycling plant in my area was only open for another week(they would be closing for the season), and I was going to have to do the work myself(with a little help from my sister). I DO recommend this tree service,and would call them again(which I prolly will-since we have an oak and silver maple that need work as well!), when we can see fit to do it. Maybe next spring. Don't bother calling this company unless you want to be ignored.

Called to set up an in-person estimate at my home. The receptionist was really friendly and said she'd send someone to my house at 7pm that night and would call if he couldn't make it. No one showed, no one called, so at 8:30 I called back and left a polite voicemail to have someone call me the following day. No one did. So, I called them - three times. No one answered - just got voicemail all three times. I guess they aren't hungry for my business. So, I called another company who is coming out for an estimate on Saturday. I bet they...

I called, they came the very next day, gave us a great quote, very friendly and gave helpful input when we weren’t sure what to do about a few of our trees. We were very excited to have them remove our trees. BUT, that didn’t happen. Over two months of my husband and I trying to get some information from them and schedule with them and we got nowhere. A constant “we’ll get back with you,” kind of thing, and nobody getting back with us. Feeling silly for having wasted so much time being hopeful they’d get back with us, just to have to start over and find...
