It was my second time in this store with my girlfriend. After checking out our products this woman (Ariana) asked us both for IDs. My girlfriend presented hers and I forgot my wallet so I didn’t have mine. After telling this information to this woman she proceeded to treat us with a condescending attitude saying she refuses to check us out. No big deal but you can’t treat the public with disrespect. I had a nice talk with Mark the manager of the store. He conducted himself in a professional manner. After this incident I don’t feel welcome in this store anymore. IT IS A VERY NICE AND CLEAN STORE AND FOR THE MOST PART EVERYONE IS FRIENDLY. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THERE IS A BOY AT THE DELI WHO US WEARS A PINK BASEBALL CAP WHO IS KINDA RUDE.I AM ALWAYS POLITE WHEN I GO THERE HOWEVER I DO LIKE MY DELI MEAT SLICED THIN AS I HAVE A HARD TIME SWALLOWING AND I ABSOLUTELY DREAD GOING TO THE DELI WHEN HE IS THERE BECAUSE HE MAKES ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AND ACTS LIKE I AM ASKING FOR TOO MUCH. Fun shopping experience! I love small IGA stores! Sales can be great! Regular prices tend to be higher, but I usually stick to what's on sale, or the reasonably priced items. We go here every once in a while, sometimes once a week, or every other week... Good service. Nice looking meat, haven't tried any yet though. Produce looks good also. Sushi was not as delicious as my favorite, Big Y. It wasn't fresh. It tasted at least a day old. Wouldn't buy ever again. Never have had to wait...
