I have been looking for a local game shop in the area for years, and when I was going to Holyoke with my girlfriend we drove by this place and told her I wanted to go there at some point. She promptly turned us around and we went in.

First off, the selection is great. You have countless titles from pretty much any console you can think of, including older consoles, even the NES. This place sells retro and current games, and the prices are mostly fantastic. You can find games much cheaper here than your nearest GameStop. Not only that, but they keep the games in the cases so you can check for scratches, unlike that awkward GameStop situation where they give you a broken game and you just have to take it . You can also buy used consoles (once again for cheap). They have some of the lowest prices I've seen.

They don't just have games either, they also have movies and music as well. They carry DVDs, Blu ray, vinyl, CDs, and various knickknacks as well. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable, and when I went they even had a cat, which is obviously...

I've came here a few times before, but I recently traded in all my old figurines and toys-to-life stuff, and I got good prices on all of them. The new setup there is super appealing and the customer service is courteous and patient. It's a great place if you just enjoy media in any way because the people there will know what they're giving to you, like how i talked to someone buying a VHS of a movie I liked and the person working commented on the hip hop record I was getting being an old favorite of his. You don't get a lot of places like that around here. I bought a used laptop with some of my trade in money and got a very good price on it. When you purchase anything theyre likely to round the price down to something lower. Overally, i highly recommend...

Bought a laptop. I wasnt pleased with it. Tried to return it within thirty days and was told i cant get a full refund and i cant just try to borrow a laptop for thirty days....mind you this is my first laptop i have ever had. Super upset with how rudely i was talked to and i dont understand why i cant return the laptop for my money back. Its in the same exact condition. Hasnt been thirty days yet. And even if so why talk to me like I'm an idiot for even asking? I have always gone here and had no issues im really upset
