Louis Mohana Furniture — Local services in Montegut

My husband and I purchased furniture from this store in February 2021. Bought and paid for it. While we did receive our sectional and ottoman and end table after several months we are STILL waiting for the 3 piece table and stools. We were told we would get it in March, then June, then July. The last I heard it will be August. This is totally ridiculous!!! Someone has to make this right. Is it normal to have to wait for nearly 6 months to get furniture?! No one ever contacts us regarding our furniture. I always have to contact them. Their customer service is the worst! Needless to say we have purchased the last item from them IF WE EVER GET IT!

UPDATE* Wanted to update my original post regarding our furniture purchase. I spoke personally with Mr. Mohana on several occasions and he explained the shipping delay. We walked in and easily spent 14k on furniture. Most of it was in stock in the warehouse. 2 items would take 2 weeks and our living room set, from what we were told would take 6-10 weeks because of covid. On week 4, I called about the 2 week items. They had them, they forgot to call and delivered the next day. On week 12, I believe, I called about our living room set, it was pushed back until the end of the next month. At the end of the next month I called and was told it would take 3 weeks to be loaded onto a truck to be delivered to the store. 4 weeks later I called getting ready to ask for a refund when magically my living room set was at the warehouse and was being delivered that day. 17....SEVENTEEN weeks with no furniture and no follow ups other than my own asking.
