Subway — Restaurant in Louisiana

Used to love this place. Was a quick place to eat that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Now I can't say the same. I do have to say that the service is always spot on. Couldn't ask for better.

However lately the owners have decided that deli mustard , also known as spicy mustard, isn't a "requirement" anymore on the line, even though it's pretty much been there from the get go. It's nothing to sit at a table and listen to quite a few people ask for it to be turned down.

Also, having eaten there for a good portion of my life, I find the sandwiches have gotten smaller and less filling, while the price of them just keeps going up and up. The limited time sandwiches are good, but outside of that it's not worth. Same goes for the salads. Smaller bowl, more expensive. Must be to cover the cost of the new bowls they reinvent every 3 months.

All and all, just not worth my time anymore, sadly. Fix the sandwiches to be with the price, put more sauces back on the line. Otherwise,...

Well there phone lines are always messed up. They charged us TWICE for Our Order. I went in person to the store brought my receipt the owner/manager was not in. I left the receipt with the young guy and girl who were working. I left my number for the Manager/Owner to call me Monday when they came in! They never returned my call. If the wife didn’t look at our bank statement we wouldn’t have know. Even the young lady working the counter stated they where having trouble with the on line orders and there internet and phones!,, So we will not be ordering are eating there even though it is less then a .5 miles away. We work to hard for our money to just give it away. Plus the meat was skimpy and lack of sauce on one. Then they didn’t even put everything in the bag my wife had to go back. I absolutely love ordering from this Subway. I come here very frequently for lunch time because I work relatively close and this location always exceeds my expectations. Even when there are mess ups, they always make it right and go the extra mile. Their employees always serve me fresh and hot food with positive attitudes. For example, today I ordered my meal online and showed up to the store within six minutes - the two employees working the front recognized me immediately and called me over to check out and grab my food.
