The UPS Store — Local services in Monterey

Living out in the valley, this is the nearest UPS store to my home and it is about a 20 minute drive. I drove out today to drop off a amazon return at 2:30pm. Online it says the store does not close until 4 so I figured I was arriving an hour and a half before closing time. To my dismay as soon as I walk up an employee was locking the door. I asked what time they close and she simply replied "we're closed." I looked around to see if there was a sign with holiday hours or something but as far as I could tell they were supposed to be open until 4. Unfortunately, I ended up having to drive out all the way to the mouth of the valley to the UPS in the crossroads where I had to wait twenty minutes because they were having technical difficulties. But hey, at least they were open. I guess if you are going to go to this one, call ahead and make sure they aren't...

Mid Valley UPS Store is the best! Every single staff member is amazing, helpful, courteous, fast AND they all know way more about tech than I do and are willing to help.Getting my PO Box there was a great decision. Christina, Candace, Miranda and all the others.. fantastic customer service.They help me with so many things and always with a smile. I absolutely highly recommend them. Yes, some of their services are expensive.....but so easy and convenient it is worth it. I cant say enough good...

Candace was amazing! She was so helpful, I came In with boxes from Amazon to return. She helped me grab them from my car and also showed me how to get QR codes and return my phone back to English. For some reason my phone was In Spanish which Is why I must’ve ordered a Spanish book and needed to return It. Furthermore, I needed help packing items to send to my family in the Philippines. She went above and beyond to help me with all of my needs. I will definitely be using this...
