Montgomery General Hospital — Local services in Montgomery

So I always go to the e.r cause it's closer , but on March 16th 2024 I went in with a severe headache I was 8w5d pregnant, a d they gave me meds thru an iv for the headache said it was alright it wasn't harmful to my child , i told them that I felt weird like my whole body had went numb and for 20 minutes no one checked on me , I told them I had to use the bathroom where I found out I had started bleeding , so the Dr ran some blood work for everything, They was gonna let me go home so the nice nurse came to take my iv out , and the dr.. Dr Cook came in and said u had a miscarriage ur hcg is back down to 5 , with the door open he neve shut it to tell us privately, the nurse that was taking my iv out set everything down and walked out and shut the door behind her .... So today 7-18-24 I seen where he made the director of the emergency, so i stated my opinion and why it was my opinion that he wasn't very perfessional , a women commented under it and said so you made a post 🤷‍♀️ she also works at the hospital in dr.daghers office how professional of you ma'am .... if it was you , you can't tell me you wouldn't feel the same way i do a...

I have had 3 visits to the E.R. and many visits to y new Dr. Charles Burdette and all of them has been met with excellent care and great care. Dr. Burdette found out what was wrong with my lower back when many trips to CAMC was not able to. I had suffered for more than 5 months with severe pain in my lower back kept me awake day and night and at times trying to lean against they wall to try and sleep. Thank you to Dr. Burdette and staff.Dave (ER}.Andrea (ER), Michelle (ER) and both of the doctors in ER (who names I do not remember) and the 2 Xray techs (who names I do not remember). Also I want to thank Thomas Morris and all his helpers for the kindness they showed to me several months back and to Gina in the Sleep Study Lab.....I pray I did not miss anyone and if I did when you come to my mind I hope I remember to write how kind and caring you were also. Came in at 842 pm, my littl3 guy is throwing up every 10 min, no one is up front, I wait 10min ring the bell no one comes, finally some one comes up she was very rude, didn't answer the phone when it rang, my little guy was vomiting in a bag we had brought he missed, and a little got on the floor, no one was up front to notify, I don't know if it's policy to clean up vomit in a special way cause it's a hospital it's "suppose" to be sanitary, we ending up cleaning it with some purell and a paper towel from the bathroom. I understand it is a small ER but living an hour away from any other hospitals and this is the best they can do, like really, no care at all, hour upon hours of waiting in the lobby. This place is beyond a joke. This place needs some help!!! Where is the administration at...
