Theft- Odd Occurence This was a very unique experience if I must say so,odd behavior. First, I'll speak on the part room,it was not clean there were still pizza crust and crumbs or what not left behind from the previous party. The attendant oddly was not very attentive,not very engaged at all,however I will say towards the end they perked up,you could see a personality, I guess maybe it was just a long day. Overall the play areas were super congested,almost somewhat a challenge to move around,anyhow my kid enjoyed the playtime. Moving on one of my dear guest lost their wallet while over by the slides where the neated areas are. So he goes to report it and or to see if someone turned it in,luckily one of the young ladies at the front said her co-worker had just mentioned something about a wallet being found but she was not sure of what she did with it. Young lady at the front scans the floor and attempted to reach the girl via walkie talkie,no luck. Anyhow the girl who found the wallet appears and said yes she found one but gave it to someone,then she said well it was some lady and then proceeded to look for her(my guest is walking with her). The lady is found and states to the girl(worker) that the wallet you gave me was purple,see (proceeds to show the wallet). Ok so at this point I'm confused and clearly someone is lying because now the worker doesn't recall the color of the wallet (brown mens wallet) nor anything else. Spoke with the lead(caucasian lady) up front with the short pixie cut. Security got involved,police were called and the tape was viewed,however oddly there was footage of every area surrounding to the left and right of the slide except for front view of the slide itself where the incident occurred,it was completely distorted,not visible. Alright after all that,the wallet appears,one of the customers brings it to the front,the only thing left that was left in it was the ID. Ok so at this point there was nothing else we could do about it,note: the police officer did agree that the footage appeared to be altered.This just really ruined the time for myself and my parents at this point AND keep in mind it's only a 2hr party so they/ we practically spent most of the time with the staff/officers in reference to this issue,more money wasted!! Here is the kicker, today March 31,2025 someone from Newtopia called and said "hey we have a ziploc bag that you left behind with your business cards and etc"! I am in complete disbelief. So you mean to tell me we went from,no wallet,to found empty wallet,to oh we found a bag you left behind with your cards in it,you can come get it! So he goes to get the bag from Newtopia AND they say well no,we can't give it to you,you will have to wait until the other lady is in tomorrow. A manager is requested and he refused to come out to speak about the matter or release the remaining items. This seems to possibly be some type of inside mess going on,maybe one of the workers had his things the entire time. I don't know however what I do know is there is definitely foul play here. I guess the thief felt bad and brought back everything but the money and credit cards,wow!! Needless to say I want be patronizing this establishment anymore. Overall the concept is everything. Big open and lots to do to keep the littles busy. I gave it a mid rating though because in times like these cleanliness is truly next to godliness. The place is horrid filthy. It is utterly disgusting and crawling with germs. I know that germs are to be expected in most public kiddie play places but this place is performing very poorly. There is visible dirt, sticky spots, likely snot spots on lots of the toys. We stayed almost all day and had not seen a single employee clean or disinfect a single area. The little toy houses are so gross they need to just toss them out. The blocks were broken chewed through foam. I would think the owners would be checking in to ensure it’s being up kept since the idea is ideal for families especially me a stay at home mom who would’ve been likely to visit regularly throughout the week to tire my littles. They need to close for a good week or two replace some things, do a deep cleanse, even get rid of some of the phone cuties that work there but aren’t working only playing in their phones not paying attention to anything. There were also visible dangers I noted with some of the moving equipment so I made sure to warn other parents and keep my babies away. Oh and not to mention there needs to be blockers put on the shooting ball games so kids who weren’t raised to not harm others are able to shoot the balls at other littles smh. Overall this could be a really good spot to visit but it needs a bunch of tlc immediately. The care seems to have left the building. We didn’t really partake in the party rooms or food bar area. The area wasn’t very clean either. And the same girls playing on phones not sanitizing or anything are back and forth from front register to that area. I didn’t see any employee hand washing going on. I wanna love this place because my babies did but lord knows I washed the heck out of them “cheered” when we got home. Lol. WOW, WOW, WOW! I have so much to comment on so please bare with. First I would love to start with the outside presentation of this facility. The parking lot was extremely clean, the exterior of the building was extremely clean, the glass on the doors were spotless. When we walked in, we were greeted immediately! These days, that type of service is hard to come by. All employees were so personable but yet professional at the same time. They were just a pleasant to be around and made our time there even better. I didn’t see one employee standing around doing nothing. They were constantly moving, checking on things, and CLEANING the equipment the WHOLE time we were there (for hours). Extremely hard working employees and get this..they genuinely enjoyed their job and did it with a smile on their face. A+ for customer service! This place had so much to do for our 1.5 and 3 year old. It was just all around one of the best if not the best indoor playground I have ever been to (and I have been to a lot). This facility was extremely clean, extremely pleasant, and so much fun! We drove from Columbus, Ga (2 hours) and I can promise you, we will be making monthly trips!
