Casey's — Local services in Monticello

We were here on March 28th at 9 pm and this was our experience. Rude employees were rushed out of the store. Cashier was more worried about music, had to turn it up and put on the counter then was yelling, and made us feel as we were bothering her when we went to check out. The only 2 slices of pizza looked nasty. Bathroom had trash on the floor as soon you walked in the door, water all over the counter, and well my husband hopes it was water all over the floor by the urinals. Another customer came in to pick up his order and had to stand at the food counter as they kitchen employee was nowhere to be found. I want to give a shout-out to the Casey's in Monticello, IA (2100 s.main), right off of HWY 151. I visited this site last weekend. It was nice, spacious, and very clean! The lady working the counter, an older petite lady... her name might be 'Savanna', was extremely friendly and welcoming! She was so sweet! Was here at the store off of 151 5/9. Was around 6pm. My wife found no toilet paper in the ladies restroom. Men’s restroom was very filthy and disgusting.
