I have personally seen how they take care of each and every client that walks through their doors ! Even when faced with difficult challenges in life (which we all go through). The people work here care about their customers and their co workers ( and that counts). I watched as the most grotesque human being I have ever witness prioritize her nail appointment over a 15 month old babies well being and health (your disgusting). The owner not only backed her employee who had to take a temporary break from work due to her child's health and circumstances . Any responsible parent knows how hard it is to get your child into a daycare nowadays! Running a business for 30+ yrs and having no empathy shows what kind of business owner you WERE (out of business now wonder why ...) . I feel I left my former job on good terms, as I went on maternity leave and decided to be a SAHM and not return. Marissa (owner) was always gracious and supportive of my decision. This is a young woman, wife and mother of two who built not one but two businesses from the ground up! An absentee owner is the most idiotic thing I’ve ever heard. Appointments were continually canceled due to illness and emergencies. Nail appointments are nothing earth-shattering. This spa has limited resources. One nail tech (my mistake). When you take them to task -they cry foul. I was the most unreasonable client. I was banned from their facility. Are you kidding me? What has happened to customer service?
