THE BEST COOKED shrimp and salmon I've ever had in PA. The salmon tacos 10/10, the salmon chowder is my new favorite soup! The food was so mouthwatering that we shopped in the market for an at home experience. The salmon spread also to die for! The two beautiful ladies helping us were literally so hospitable, kind, warm, and went above and beyond to give us a 5 star first time experience. I loved that the front of the building was a porch with outside dining too. I had the most amazing spring water that was sold in a glass bottle which is always my go to type of container. This place reminded me of growing up in the Poconos, Pa and having farm raised, fresh, and plastic free food experiences. I wish there was one here in Scranton tbh. We def will be returning to try as much as we can eat and shop til we drop. If you haven't tried this place yet then you are doing an extreme disservice to your taste buds. Thank you for the greatest experience in Bloomsburg, PA!

If you’re traveling down Highway 80 it’s definitely worth a stop. The fish is probably some of the highest quality you’ll have in the country. You’ll look at the price and say I don’t know why it’s so cheap. They get the real source salmon and other Alaskan fish. They are very detailed in how they prepare the food. It doesn’t matter what you order. It’s going to be life-changing. Be prepared to spend money because you’re going to get a taste of what it’s like in Alaska.

We’ve always enjoyed getting seafood from Wild about salmon so now that they have the restaurant we had to stop . As expected very nice . Decided to have lunch on Valentine’s Day . Easy to order . I had the sushi bowl with option of cooked or fresh sockeye salmon . Hubby had The salmon fish sandwich . And clam chowder . Everything was soooo good !!!

This seafood store is the only place to get true wild caught, sustainable seafood, particullarlry salmon. I have never found better seafood anywhere else. I lived in Alaska as a child and we ate so much salmon, it took about 2 decades until I could actually enjoy it again. Store bought salmon has never lived up to the intense color and flavor of true wild caught salmon I enjoyed as a child, until I I found wild for salmon. They carry every kind of seafood you could want and offer seasonal tasting events. The owners are truly great business professionals yet down to earth and approachable. All seafood is vacuum sealed and frozen, so prepare to bring a cooler with ice if you live greater than 10 minutes away, once the seafood starts to thaw you cannot refreeze it. I highly recommend the halibut cheeks, the dry packed sea scallops, as these items are not found anywhere else for retail purchase. You can find scallops, but not true dry packed. You need the dry packed to get the caramelized sear on them and the typical market scallops, even though marked as dry packed are not. Not only do they sell seafood but make custom salmon patties, dog treats, offer recipes books, and other various cooking supplies like...

I visited Wild For Salmon Cafe today...what a great experience! I ordered the Sushi Bowl with cooked salmon and spicy mayo. It was excellent! Service was a bit slow but they are newly opened. But it was worth the wait. Every bite was delicious, well-seasoned and beyond what I expected. The cafe itself is beautiful. The noise level was a bit loud but on this day we sat outside and really enjoyed the outdoor area. The tables outside are shaded. That's a big plus on warm days. Too often outdoor areas are in full sun which renders them almost impossible to use on a hot summer day. Not the case with Wild For Salmon's outdoor area! The staff were a blessing. No rushing us. Attentive but not overbearing at all. Overall this was an amazing experience. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Even though prices are beyond what I'd normally spend for lunch, it was worth...
