Papa's Chocolates — Local services in Montpelier

I went to bear lake and when we are returning from the lake, my friend saw this place and we went there to explore. We felt like WOW this is the place for ice cream and chocolates. The way how they received us is really gratifying. They are doing this as a family business (my perspective). For sure if you go to Montpelier or near around places, for sure you have to visit this place. The price is more affordable and customer service is excellent. Run by a welcoming couple that greets customers with samples, Papa's Chocolates offers hand dipped chocolates as well as a less traditional flavor infused miniature bar. The dipped chocolates seem to be limited to dipped caramels (which are flavored with butterscotch and other flavors), and the bars come in orange, coconut, sea salt and straight up dark chocolate flavors. OKAY SO this place was awesome. We just stopped here just randomly on our way home and it was the best stop ever. We stopped and they were handing out free chocolates. They has their taffy wrapping machine on display and it was going. Very, very cool. Also, the ice cream was amazing!! They packed it into the waffle cone, which I loved.
