Carpentry Contractors Company - Montrose — Local services in Montrose

I called about having a privacy fence fixed this last summer and talked with CCC. They came out to my property to look at my project and said that they would get back to me with a quote, after I let them know my insurance adjuster had looked at the situation.

After I heard back from my insurance (a week later), I called CCC and left a voicemail two days in a row. I then emailed them, letting them know that I was ready for a quote. I then called and left a voicemail AGAIN after emailing.

It has now been 7 months since my last outreach, and I haven't heard a thing from this company. I am getting ready to quote out a loft conversion project for the interior of my house and I don't see any reason to call them after they ghosted me for the last half year.

The only reason I am leaving this review is because I am shopping for contractors again and I happened to come across this company and remembered how unresponsive they were.

Customer service is a big thing in this industry. If you can't do the work, after going onsite to someone's residence to look at the project, at least have the decency to tell them you are booked up for the year and can't...

We purchased a winter home in St. George that needed some major upgrades. We wanted some walls removed to open up the entry and the kitchen. We needed all the flooring replaced and everything painted. The kitchen cabinets painted and the countertops replaced. We had several contractors come to give us bids but most took the measurements and never got around to actually getting us the bids. Noah met with us, explained exactly what he would do, gave us a price and a timeframe and showed us some pictures of previous projects he had done. His price was not the lowest or the highest but his previous work seemed really good so we accepted his offer and he started immediately. Noah was amazing to work with. He did exactly what he committed to do When he said he would do it. He kept us informed as each part was completed and even worked with us when we wanted to “Change” things along the way. No regard for the homeowners adjacent to their company. Construction/forklift noise around the clock. Excessive intrusive lighting and noise makes it impossible to ever open windows, curtains or blinds. Definitely has made it impossible to enjoy sitting on my deck ever again, or anything outside my home for that matter. The suggestion of a noise barrier wall, like are in place along highways, would be a tremendous improvement.
