All u can say is thanks again!!!! I really appreciate it!!! I was just there in April having my phone repaired and I'm back again for another repair. I really appreciate you guys being really helpful and getting my phone back to really quickly.

Let me just start off first by saying THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!! I gotta text message saying that they received my claim. I normally come on Sunday but the guy said they was closed on Sundays now and thats really the only day I have to do it. So I was kinda bummed out about that but then he offered to like come in early or whatever he could do to help me out so I could get my phone fixed. I was really impress with that. Well, couple days went by and my phone got to where it was becoming a problem for me at work. (Phone started not wanting to work) I had to cut out a couple hours short of work and come on in. The staff really took care of me like they always do. They have done the repairs on my phone probably 5 or 6 times now and I'll keep coming back. Good group of guys. Motorola Moto G Stylus 2025 Screen Replacement.

Repair was completed without inordinate hassle.

They needed to order the screen replacement and that took slightly longer than they thought it would. They said it looked like there was some sort of error with the order but they did a rushed shipment to get the piece in the next day which was thoughtful. Then something happened during the repair which caused them to need to order another part. This one took another week to get in but to my understanding it was not a common part so that's understandable.

After the repair, the audio (for calls specifically) sounds warbled. I'm okay with it for now but I'm going to reach out and see if it's something that they can fix under the warrenty. I would guess it could be caused by a loose screw on the speaker module but I'm not an expert.

They were courteous and have so far fulfilled their expectations, but the process took long enough and cost enough that I do sort of feel like it wasn't "worth it." Especially since the sound from the call speaker seems to be impacted by the repair. But that could be an easy fix.

Overall I would go still go back for any issues I have with the replacement part and I would easily recommend this place to someone with a more common phone (iPhone, Pixel, Samsung Galaxy) but I might suggest just replacing your phone if you...

My husband took his phone to this location yesterday, bryan, and his phone was working when he handed to them, just had a cracked screen, well 2hrs later we get a call saying its not repairable, because they couldn't get it to power up and blamed it on the powerbutton, we got there to get it, and i over heard from back from the tech, ill handle this one, he proceeded to tell me that it was something bad wrong internally with phone, said it just time to replace phone its just old, i said but it was working when i handed to you, now im not stupid i understand things happen, but he lied, he was just pushy to get me out, very quickly shoved a receipt at said sign and said to get a replacement phone, me knowing that would cost 100bucks which is no big deal, but he made me feel like he was lieing, so sure enough he was, i went to another location, not naming unless i need to but, this tech broke one of the ribbons off the main circuit board, so now im pissed, I DO NOT LIKE BEING LIED TOO, JUST TELL THE TRUTH, AND I WOULD OF WALKED AWAY AND WOULD OF STILL BEEN HAPPY, just aggravated.
