Ridley's Family Markets — Local services in Morgan

Went to pick up a prescription yesterday. I was told that they hadn’t received an order for it. I called the Doctors office before I went to pick it up to confirm they had sent it over which they had done. Said they had talk to the pharmacist directly, when I told the pharmacist this he said it wasn’t him but he was the only pharmacist there. He said he found a note shortly after that for the prescription I needed and it was filled. He acted like it was such a chore to fill it for me, and was not very professional. I had a lot of groceries to get, went to the deli to get some lunch meat sliced. The lady at the counter was not friendly, in fact, she was very abrupt. I was the only person at the counter, so I don’t know why she was so short with me. The checker was also not friendly, and completely ignored a customer behind me a request Another checker as only two lanes were open. No more pharmacy or groceries at Ridley’s for me. Our Mother is ill, My brother went in to fill a pain medication and was told to wait 20 minutes, then after 20 minutes he went back up and the lady told him 20 minutes. He needed to leave so left. Today my sister went in to pick up the medication and was very rudely told "Just a minute". She waited and when he finally got around to her, he said our Mom only had one prescription there and it wasn't time to fill it so now she has also left with no prescription. There is no reason someone who is working with the public especially someone who works with sick and disabled people should have an attitude and be rude. I could understand it if it was a one-time thing but 2 days in a row with different people tells me these people don't care about their customers. After visiting a similar store (won't mention any names, but read my other reviews), I was a bit disappointed with the old country store looking establishment. It was really more the staff, that were simply too preoccupied to greet or smile at customers, allot of heads down. The food and items inside were very plain jane brought in from food truck suppliers, niot many local items which is sad as Morgan has alot of local farmers. The old smoker outside smelled exceptional, but the person I asked about where the meat was or when it would be ready, had no clue, I believe he said he was just a helper, which was funny because I was asking for...
