I have know Jose of Keystone Nautical Services both personally and professionally for about 20 years. During that time, Jose has been my primary mechanic on 5 different vessels. He treats every project with care and attention to detail as if it were his own boat. Most recently, he helped to fully re-rig my company's primary fishing vessel which is a 42' catamaran with new 450 Yamaha's. While that in itself is a large undertaking, what is most impressive is that he came back to the Florida Keys to perform the work were we originally met. I had a great experience at Keystone Nautical unlike a previous review I saw. I’m on vacation and had trouble with my boat and I easily understood that on such short notice I may not be able to get my boat repaired to use. I spoke to Jose and he told me he would look at it and that he was booked up but would do what he could but no promises. He fit it in and had it repaired and was totally professional and transparent about everything. He even showed me how to take care of the problem next time which he didn’t have to do and could have just charged me again. I will definitely go back there if I have an issue.
