Lucky Penny runs their business with the utmost integrity and are the definition of doing “Great Business”. We purchased a refrigerator for my Mother that only came with a 30 Day Warranty. At around the 45 Day mark after Purchase, the refrigerator stopped working completely. Knowing the 30 Days had passed we weren’t sure what to do but I called Lucky Penny hoping for some sort of help. Mike (the owner) couldn’t have been more courteous and understanding. He sent a Refrigerator technician out to check the Fridge out (at no cost to us). After inspection we found out the compressor was done and fridge not worth fixing. Mike gave us the option of a full cash refund or to choose a new Refrigerator from the store as they got a ton of new models. As soon as schedules allowed we picked up a new refrigerator for my Mom and now her Ice Cream is Colder than a Polar Bears Toe Nails. 🍦 🥶 Lucky Penny could’ve just told us to read the contract, but they were so understanding and willing to help us resolve the situation to our liking. Amazing! My second purchase in two months. The photos show the owner’s efforts to load, protect and secure my purchase on my trailer. Like the first purchase, the personal service was amazing. Mike and his wife Joanna are so kind and caring. Joanna made sure all fingerprints were removed before Mike taped on cardboard to protect the corners and door surfaces and also put protective wrap around the handles. This refrigerator was set up and ran at his store for one week to ensure it worked properly. I paid $775 for an Amana 33” double door stainless refrigerator with ice and water in the door. I could not even find where it had been scratched or damaged. Mile has owned several businesses in Morgantown and Kingwood over the past 30 years.
