Grow It Green Winter Farmers Market — Local services in Morris Township

I have been going to the Winter Market every week since it opened in Convent Station. Lately, I have been less than delighted. Some vendors need to have their products ready for purchase to avoid frustrating wait times. I finally gave up on the Guacamole guy. The bread baker a few stands next to him, decided to sell custom made sodas! (I fail to see the connection to baked goods) Again a long wait while they put 4 containers together. Nice vendors but a VERY small area for this market and a once a winter trip. Sorry, Winter markets in NJ are nothing like the outdoor markets. There needs to be a much better effort to grow indoors, hydroponics, aquaponics and such so that Winter markets rival Summer markets but sadly our farmers are still at the whims of Mother Nature.
