Urine and feces everyday all over bathroom, leaking water from the floors above. Staff neglects the guests and are very rude. Case managers just harass and bully some people everyday even while their working on their service plan and maintaining full time employment. Others get to stay two years unbothered no job playing on computer or tablets etc others doing well get exit dates when they are not ready and don't have transitional housing. I hope all the staff and their families here get to experience long term homeless. And people working full time get three chores and others that don't do anything get the light chores or just skip...

The case manager named Jackie is very rude. There heat in the winter in horrible. The windows need to be fixed. Meaning storm windows are needed to be installed. The director that's there named West has a terrible attitude and talks down to people. The families aren't allowed to cook for themselves or children. The staff are more honset then anything. You can't just bring people here now if they need help, and they are left to fend on the streets. They will not allow you to bring any outside food in - you have to throw it out. No one is trained in emergency care like CPR or drug testing. 1 star for the overly cheerful girl at the front desk.
