Would not recommend this salon. The conversation that goes on between the stylists in front of clientele is completely unprofessional. I came in as a walk in and proceeded to wait for the service while having the pleasure of hearing a conversation between who I assume is the owner and a young lady by the name of Austin who was to perform my service. The vulgar things that I had to listen to as well as the other clients who were currently being serviced was completely unacceptable. I wanted a hair cut. I cannot tell you the number of times that I have shown up for a waxing appointment and made to wait 20-30 min for the employee to show up to work. started trying this business since it was closer to home. was even willing to pay the higher prices here just because of the convenience of the location. got fed up with having to wait on someone who can’t even show up on time and then also being burnt with wax that is too hot. back to marci’s in vestavia where the price, quality, and professionalism is 10x more. i’ll take that...
