I stopped by Johns Stereo today to discuss putting in a new radio/cd player in my truck. I spoke with a man who was VERY RUDE. I did not get the mans name but he was wearing his baseball cap backwards and had an earring, i believe. After trying to speak with him for a minute or two I was done with it. He would interrupt my questions and sentences with rude remarks. I had found a radio I wanted to purchase. John's deals in Pioneer radios and I have found a Pioneer online and was asking if they would install it. Before I could even finish my question about them installling, this man interrupts me with snark and rude comments about warranty. I would be saving $40 by purchasing online but all he could do was make rude comments about warranties. I was very disappointed in how this man acted. I won't go back and I will deter any friends/family members from using Johns Stereo. It is a shame that one man's actions can lead to this but, he is a representative of that business and should be held...

UPDATE - The manager never returned any phone calls, but I did go back and have the radio removed and my factory radio reinstalled. The guys who were there and I agreed on a refund amount and they refunded most of my purchase price. I didn't mind the partial refund as the techs had done all they could to make it work, so I didn't want them to not be compensated for their time. I'm upping my rating to 3 stars because of that.

Sent my daughter to get a radio installed. First time they said it needed a special harness not the one the book showed so I got the one they asked for. The second trip they said they couldn't do it because it had factory amps. Well the harness they had me get was for that. When she left the radio wouldn't work the factory radio.
