They know their products well and can advise on the best solution for our needs. When I send a CAD drawing, they quickly return it with all furniture placed where needed. I bought a chair for my own home office but once I got home with it I found that it really wasn't a good match for my desk and not very comfortable. I called to see if they did refunds and they said they didn't usually but they would call back and see what they could do. They didn't, so I called again and got more or less the same message.
