Dynamic Office does a fantastic job on all fronts. FURNITURE - We have 15 locations and they have helped furnish all of them. They know their products well and can advise on the best solution for our needs. When I send a CAD drawing, they quickly return it with all furniture placed where needed. They also layout pricing in a way that helps me with budgeting. MOVING - It seems we move furniture within and between our locations quite often and DOS is always available to help. Their staff members are friendly, accommodating, and do a terrific job. Seems like a great place to buy equipment for an office. I bought a chair for my own home office but once I got home with it I found that it really wasn't a good match for my desk and not very comfortable. I called to see if they did refunds and they said they didn't usually but they would call back and see what they could do. They didn't, so I called again and got more or less the same message. Then they did call back briefly and said they would call me back again in a bit but I have not received a call back after a week.
