Excellent customer service and honest work. I bought a rebuild service from the website and shipped them an ABS module for a truck i recently purchased. Tyler called me and asked a few questions related to the issues i was having and to get some history on the truck. He stated that the ABS was burnt inside and would be difficult to repair but they had a good used board to try an attempt to repair my unit. After a few days i received another call from him about my ABS unit. Due to damage inside they were unable to repair it. Now most companies would end it right there and say tough luck, Not this guys! Tyler without being asked searched and found me a good used module and sent the link to my email so i could review it. I bought that used module off ebay for significantly less than the repair cost was and it got my truck back on the road. They refunded me for everything including the return shipping. This company didn't make a penny off me but yet treated me like i was their number one customer. As these vehicles are getting more and more advanced with modules and lack of dealer support these guys will be around for along time with customer service like this. I will definitely do business...

The multiple reviews are all spot on. This company save me plenty of aggravation with regards to getting my ABS module repaired. I have been spending the last five months awaiting for the dealership to provide the item, but kept getting the runaround from them explaining that the item was still in development. It was a nationwide back order.

So I picked up on how to remove the item from my 3015 Jeep Rubicon from YouTube university. Took a bit to remove the item since I was a novice. Later package it up and sent it out. Within 10 days I had the item mailed back and after install all the lights went out. We are back in business thanks to module masters. If I can do it anyone can! They saved the day and got my son’s Jeep back running again without all the issues of a faulty ABS module. They get five stars but I just would wish they’d provide better feedback that they received the item and an estimated time to repair. Outside of that They were very responsive to all of my emails and were prompt...

I dealt with ModuleMaster in 2013 when I contacted them to see if my ABS module for a 2002 BMW 5 series could be rebuilt. Unfortunately it could not but they were able to set me up with a refurbished unit.

Fast forward to about August 2018 and that refurbished module decided to call it quits. Even though I was days from having the warranty expire, they were fantastic at resolving the issue and sending me another unit under warranty. I took that unit to get coded to my car at the cost of ~$100.

A few days ago, the new module was giving me issues. I contacted ModuleMaster and they were absolutely fantastic to deal with. They shipped out a new module along with a $100 cheque to cover the coding charge that I will incur to have this unit coded to my car.

I can't say enough good things about my dealings with this company and I highly recommend them to others. Things go wrong here and there but it really comes down to how a company handles a tough situation that gets them repeat...

Our 2011 Mercedes C300 started displaying the dreaded "BRAKE - EBD, ABS and ESC Inoperative" on the dash. After researching with my code reader, I was 90% sure it was a bad ABS module. A new module was well over $1000 and even used ones are several hundred. Also, on this car, if you replace the module with a new or used one, you still need to have it programmed at the dealer or otherwise using a very specialized code reader (module is VIN coded). With the Module Masters repair, the module is not changed so it would not need to be reprogrammed. I never used Module Masters before so I was a bit skeptical but decided to give them a try. It took about 2 weeks from the time I sent the module to when I received it back (the only downside but mostly due to shipping transit time to/from). I installed the repaired module in the car and error code on dash is gone (nice!). It's been over a week now so I'm confident this was the fix. Overall, I'm very pleased with this repair.

Been having trouble with my instrument panel backlights not working, shifter lights and steering wheel control lights also not working. After much research I decided it was most likely a failure in the FEM (front electronics module). Spent more time researching repair/replacement options that I did identifying the source of the problem. Anyway I decided to call Module Masters to discuss their services. Very professional on the phone. I shipped my module to them a few weeks ago with a detailed explanation of my issues. I just received it back today. Installed it right away as I missed driving my ‘05 TBird. Everything works perfectly again. The tech even included a nice note explaining that he or she not only fixed my listed problems but also replaced other parts known to fail with new ones. They went above and beyond in my opinion. They saved me close to $2,000. I highly recommend their service. Dennis Cirucci Naples,FL

I have a 2013 Honda Accord and the TPMS, ABS, brake, and about 4 other dash warning lights would come on when the vehicle would sit and idle more than 5 min but would reset and go off the following day, until they didn’t go off and stayed on permanently. Shout out to ‘RB the mechanic’ YouTube videos that alerted me to this ABS module and the problem inside them. If you have this problem you should file a NTSB complaint as all these modules are failing. Module Master cut open the module, soldered and repaired any wire issues and sealed it back up. It’s been working perfectly for the last month or more. You can DIY this but I’d strongly suggest you have experience with bleeding brakes. Module Master did a great job packing the unit and they repaired it quickly. Just 🤞I have no more failures inside the unit. Photos are opening the box from Module Master.
