A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Moscow

Well I went here to order root beer floats for my kids we got there at 755 and nobody said anything on the speaker as there were 2 cars at the window, I assumed they were just busy helping the other people. 10 minutes later after both cars had left and still not being responded to I went up to the window there were 3 people with their backs to the window I knocked and got ignored then I saw the sign that said they close at 8pm Like I can respect open and closing times but I sat there for 10 minutes and I was there BEFORE 8pm. Seriously so rude.

Update. This is still the worst a&w I have ever been too. I don't think I have ever had a positive experience going into this particular restaurant. After today I definitely will not be going back.My kids were looking forward to doing the free rootbeer event, but I wasn't off work until 6 o'clock and the event said it would be till 8. The employee who greeted us didn’t seem to know what he needed to be doing. Before ringing us up, he needed to repeatedly go and grab things that he forgot for the same table. When he was finally able to take our orders, he talked so fast before we could finish saying what we wanted. He didn’t even give my brother any chance to order something else before telling him what he owed. As we were waiting for our orders, there seemed to be a lot of yelling and laughing. Which I am all for a positive work environment, but they seemed to be distracted because they also gave the same table he forgot things on, the wrong sandwich. Had to pull forward in their drive thru. Waited 15 minutes for a hamburger and chicken strips basket. Customer behind us in line got his meal. Finally our meal was delivered to us, but it was someone else's order. The employee said he would be right back out with our meal. I asked to speak to a manager. Manager came out and said our meal had been delivered to another customer and they would restart our meal again. 20 minutes later we were on our way. They must be taking lessons from the Moscow Taco Bell/KFC. Manager gave us free complementary sandwich coupons. Not happy at all about the wait.
