They’ll claim to be knowledgeable, charge a hefty price, then go back and forth on communication when you have problems only to put a “bandaid” and then cease communication after. 2016 Jeep Wrangler that has a messy setup of wires wrapped all up in the single den of a radio system that was supposed to be double den for what was put in it now thrown together much like a messy burger from your own fast food place. A lot of work needs to be done for it be to be correct and no longer doing almost now DOUBLE POP sound that didn’t even happen with the OG radio Jeep had made for this model. Not to mention the original harnesses and all else were kept and likely thrown out so these problems will need new parts. These guys don’t leave the shop until your install is PERFECT, I’ve stayed 4 hours past closing time so they could make sure my system was working and tuned perfectly.
