UpLift — Local services in Mount Orab

Uplift Has been my main dispensary since i acquired my medical card, while the security and staff are great friendly people, It is obvious something is going on behind the scenes. Uplift has made a lot of improvements in the time ive been shopping here, they take debit cards now, and the inside of the dispensary looks great! the main problems however are fairly unignorable, there was a system for sales in place when I first started shopping with AMAZING deals between 10-40% off certain types of items or entire brands each day. There was a time when I could leave this store with a cart, and 2.83gs for 40$ easily, in my most recent visit a cart and 2.83gs ran me 90$!! I talk to the staff frequently and they insist this is a problem with recreational and supply chain issues, however I haven't seen any improvement in the system. not only have they redone their deals and points system to be a abysmal compared to how they used to function, they insist on artificially raising the price of products, where 14gs used to be 60-70$ on sale is now well over 100-120$ while on sale. this is RIDICULOUS. I saw a 14.15g bag rated for TWO HUNDRED FUCKING DOLLARS. Honestly, if something isn't done about the pricing crisis it will be more worth it to travel from the country counties where uplift is closest to the outskirts of Cincinnati, the trip is becoming increasingly worth it, I'm not typically someone to buy in bulk but at this point its cheaper to drive 40-50 miles to the next closest dispensary to save 100$ on product overall. Let me reiterate the Staff here is awesome! they're friendly people, and they care about customers. Its sad regular workers here can't do anything to help patients. Nice place but for those who really need your medicine it’s not really friendly to get in, like with a walker, cane or wheelchairs. Besides needing 2 people, 1 at entrance then another on other door. The floor rugs were buckled over and I got caught on many getting in. Now the workers were very helpful. I don’t remember names but the one black guy at the door was very helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. I’m actually disabled and stage 4 terminal cancer. My wife thought she could help me in and wait in the waiting area. No product, I didn’t even want her to carry out my purchase. She was asked to leave if she didn’t have her card which she has not. That really sucks as everywhere else we have gone she could wait in the waiting area but not shop or hold my purchases inside. I can understand that. I was lucky I had a short shopping list, told my bud tender and he got them for me and rang me up. Receipt says cashier 78811 from Mt Orab, Ohio on 4/20 early.

I've been to Uplift several times now and have had a great experience every time.. I place my order and there was a pricing error however since the order was confirmed and placed they honored it. Fantastic customer service and one of my favorite dispensaries.

2/10/2024 Visit As always, a fantastic experience. One of my favs , garlic breath 2.0 , was in sale. I stopped in and was greeted by a friendly guard. The lady that checked me in is friendly every time. Always has a smile. I went in the back to purchase and was processed by a gentleman ( sorry, forgot your name.
