While away on business, I ordered flowers for my wife.

Never before have I been treated so poorly by a company both in product and service. They don't live up to their own guarantee or stand behind their work.

The arrangement ordered looked like it had been thrown together without any care or skill. Their reaction to an unhappy customer: "We'll send someone over to pickup the flowers up from your wife." How crude and insensitive, an obvious ploy to get me to drop my complaint and move on.

If you wish to gamble as to whether your gift of flowers will be prepared well and by a professional florist, by all means use them.

I am writting this, however, to steer business away and with any luck close down this business.

My husband has started buying flowers from this shop for me because it is closer to work for him. Everytime he goes in they treat him well. And most importantly I always get beautiful flowers that last a long time. Some of the reviews I read on here are just plain Petty and horrible. When a vendor does mess up but offers to fix it . . .LET THEM FIX IT. I am VERY particular about quality when it comes to flowers and Julie's team always delivers. Anyone who thinks that a grocery chain is a better choice than Julie's doesn't have an appreciation for true quality or discriminating taste. I contacted this flower shop because I wanted a Corsage made for my daughters prom night. When I called she asked me what color was my daughters dress, I told her blue. Then she says “well you’re going to have to pay with a credit card that way I know you’re serious”. Hmmm. Okay. Then I asked when would it be done she said 230. I responded “ohhhh 230”. Then she raised her voice and said in a nasty, condescending tone “Um yea! It is 1 something!” I responded, “ ok ma’am I was just just asking “.
