Each time this company came out to service the stair lift it was a $385.00 charge. Very high! We loved the product, but beware if anything breaks (even under warranty like our part was) MINIMUM $800 just to look at the problem and come out to fix it!

I fully expected to pay a service fee the first time to diagnose the issue… But when the company came out and found that the broken part was covered under our “warranty” I was absolutely shocked that we had to pay an additional $385 for them to come out to fix the “covered” part. (Roughy 30 minutes of work). Not to mention that the part was not in stock and took weeks to come in before the final repair. Before buying just make sure you know that this is the cost of one faulty part with your warranty…. $800 each time! Please like and comment if you have had a similar...

Had an issue with a scooter we bought on Amazon . Every other place we called would not even look at it because it was not purchased from them. I called 4 u mobility solutions and they said yes they would check it out with no problem so we took it to them, showed them the issues and they said they would get back to us in a couple of days and let us know what they find. Two days later we got a call from Bonnie and she told us what the problem was and what the next step was and that the parts were under warranty and how much labor was. I did not realize this store was 15 miles from my house ! I will say this to anybody that needs to help their parents out is go here and bypass all other places. I have never met the owners before but from the first phone call to driving of the lot dealing with the owners Bonnie and Eric I would drive 8 hours and walk the last 2 to deal with these people again !
