Cabins on the Guyandotte — Local services in Mullens

I want to start off by saying that Jeff and rosemary (The owners ) of the cabins on the guyandotte are some of the absolute best and true hearted people I've ever met traveling and staying anywhere they welcome us in like family and treated us like best friends the whole time we were there they're establishment is exceptionally amazing the hospitality is more than you could ever ask for these are two great people that would go out of their way and help you with anything they can and their rooms inside of their barndominium are absolutely better than any hotel in the area you can't go anywhere and stay with nicer rooms and better people than this by far this is an A plus five star 10 out of 10 place to go with great rooms that are new very nice and all the amenities nice places to have a fire and a great rec room with air hockey foosball and a pool table there's not a better place for your family trip to go ride the Hatfield McCoy trails we will definitely be back and make this a family event every year if you go anywhere else you'll be sorry you didn't stay here also conveniently located to town food and 93 octane ethanol free gas for all your side by sides...

Coming from Charlotte, NC these rentals couldn't be easier to get to. Once we were there, plenty of parking for trucks and trailers, a fenced area for our SXS with direct access to our cabin. A very fun commons are for our kids with air hockey, cornhole, pool, and TV. The cabin itself had a ton of room with 2 full baths which was great after a day of riding. Jeff and RoseMary were fantastic. The town of Mullens was so friendly with some good food and a gas statiom within walking distance. About a mile ride from the pinnacle trail system and the next day we rode outlaw trails to sophia tunnels. Awesome location to great trails. We will absolutely be staying here again and we can't...

Loved spending the tail end of our 20th anniversary trip here! Rooms were nice and clean. Jeff and Rosemary were super nice and hospitable. My wife and I had a blast hanging out with them and riding with the other guests, especially the "flatlanders"! Great place and will be booking our April 2026 trip here shortly. Don't hesitate to book here if you haven't already. Great parking, easy in and out, great surrounding trails, close to local restaurants, plenty of things to do in the evenings on site.
