Soo. We purchased a sectional 2 years ago. Reasonable price. But, after a short couple months the cushions went very flat. Unable to get out of without a large struggle. Like, your knees are higher than your bottom when sitting kind of sagging! So my husband ordered replacement cushions (one year warranty). Instead of cushions they gave us the outer fabric. Even to get this mishap order took many phone calls to ensure it was in order and took months to get. We requested it to be fixed, called multiple times with been given multiple excuses. As a former professional furniture salesperson, I know the max a cushion can come from China, 12 weeks. We asked to have proof of the order we made, but they did not show us. We called over 20 times for these cushions. We offered to pay for them too if needed, even though it should be covered under one year warranty, and someone else ordered the first order wrong. Well, year 2 is practically here and we are tired of asking and being ignored. I would suggest to shop here but do not expect any customer service after a sale and treat purchase with a “throw away society” attitude. If they could not get the cushions, they should have told us. They also should have showed us the replacement order as we requested. They never called us to tell us how the orders were going. Even when we got first mistake order, we had to call to see if the order was in. They have both of our cell phone numbers so there is no excuse.    Read moreMy wife and I went to several stores looking for the perfect couch but happened to end our day of looking at Walls furniture and we both are happy we did. We didn't want to spend a fortune on a couch no more than 500-600 but right as we walked in both our eyes went towards this one couch and we sat on it and immediately fell in love, but looked at the price and was let down. It was 899! Then our sales person Joe came up said they could lower it if we paid cash or card so then we began to think while we explored around. We ended up liking 3 different couches and got the prices and the lengths of the couches. Then we debated which one we liked the most but every time we went back to this couch that we fell in love with. So after hard thinking and debating we have decided to spend alittle more and go with the couch we fell in love with the most from the start. We ended up buying the Conran Chocolate couch.    Read moreOverall we did not have a good experience at Walls. In June, 2025 we purchased a lift chair and were told it had a battery back up; upon delivery we learned it didn’t. They did eventually make good on it. At the same time we purchased a dining table; it had four chairs and a bench. We paid extra to replace bench with two chairs. When the set was delivered, a leg was dropped and damaged. They eventually replaced the leg. At the time of delivery, we noticed four of the chairs showed wear and two didn’t. The first suggestion was for us to try and wash off the markings. It didn’t work. We then learned we had purchased the set that was on the showroom floor. We had not been told we were purchasing the floor model. We were promised four new chairs. It took till November to get three chairs and this was only after repeated follow up calls on our end. We finally gave up on the 4th chair. A response was received only after we initiated contact. Not once did they initiate a call to resolve the problem.
