Cole's Hardware — Local services in Muncy Creek Township

Today, September 28, 2021 around 11:00am I was at Coles in Muncy, PA. while I was in the store, it started raining pretty hard so I jokingly commented to one of the assistants that they had a good thing going, waiting for people to get inside than started the rain so we would all have to buy umbrellas or rain coats. I went outside and was waiting for it to let up a bit before I headed for my truck when this same associate came with an umbrella and offered to walk me to my truck, which she did. This is customer service above and beyond. That young lady changed my entire outlook on the day. Thank you...

They have everything you'd need in the muncy hughesville area .. but a good extra 5-10 minutes would get you to Lowe's which is objectively much cheaper in comparison. I'm not sure why they're marked up so much higher. A baggie of 5 1 inch long heat stink tubes was 8 bucks. I bought a bag of 100 for 10 bucks at Lowe's. (Or 300 for 15 on amazon).

The service is always good but some associates are, naturally, better at one department than others so it's kind of a toss up on whether the particular associate you get is knowledgeable about that...

Worst store out of 4 local hardware stores. They dont know thier product,try n make u buy things u dont want and give u an attitude when thier wrong. Sad I gave them several tries. I wouldn't recommend going to the muncy store. Unless u like spending gas money for wasted trip. Also every tool I've bought there in the last 30 days has either broke,wore out or rusted from washing it...
