Food is good but check your take out. Loved eating here but last late trip for dinner was disappointing. I ordered a slice of Carmel Apple pie to go and I get home to find a tiny sliver but paid for a full slice. The other person with me ate his pie there and he got a nice huge piece so why did I just get a small sliver when it cost the same? Because I got it to go? Disappointing. I guess the one lady was right depends on what waitress you get. To bad because it looked delicous too but my grand daughter wanted some and I didnt get to try it because such a small piece. I've had mixed results here. I've been here a few times. Usually things are pretty decent. Last time was "meh" at best. Waitress was more worried about playing on her phone than her job. I get the impression the regular locals receive better attention, but even that wasn't too impressive. I wasn't impressed with the food this time, but I have been in the past. Perhaps it was just a bad time to go, being a Sunday evening. I was going to order a apple dumpling for dessert, but the waitress almost seemed like she was avoiding me. I wasn't about to chase after her, to do her job for her, so she lost that sale. I gave this truck stop a 3. For the simply fact for the guy inside was super chill and down to earth. I came to the restaurant to eat before I got a shower. The server Haley T was super rude. I asked her numerous times for something she forgot and she ignored my till an older gentleman got her attention and she was like WHAT!!!! Super rude. If you don’t like your job don’t come to work. Us truckers deal with rude and disgusting people all the time. The last we want is too get something to eat after driving 11 hours and have a server be rude to us. I was told the food was good.
