I dealt primarily with Scott who was extremely patient and very informative in the way he explained about their auto services and what would be best suited for my particular needs. I was particularly impressed and appreciative by the way he did not try to oversell me, but instead led me to my most cost effective option. I ended up getting the silver ceramic coating package, and was able to upgrade to the best tint package for the extra money I would have spent for a gold package. The timeline quoted for getting the work done was accurate, and because it was forecasted to rain all day on my pick up day and the next, the shop graciously called me and offered to keep the car in the shop over the weekend so it could continue to cure properly without me having the hassle of prematurely getting it wet. And no, there were no extra miles on the the car when I picked it up. As far as the work, my car is absolutely stunning! The tint job is flawless, and the ceramic coating gives it a glow that it didn't have before. It's been two weeks now and my car still looks like it just had a wash and wax. I have been keeping it out of the rain to make sure the ceramic cures properly, so I can't attest to the hydrophobic and dirt repelling qualities, but there's no doubt in my mind it's all there. I didn't get the wheel cleaning package this time, but I am definitely going back to get the wheels done. I initially visited the office on 1 June to ask about residential window tinting. The man I spoke with was named Scott and behaved like he had better things to do. I received some samples and took them home.

A week went by and I decided to order the DR 15. I called and placed the order with Scott and was informed they needed to order it, it would take about 2-3 days and they would call me when it arrived to schedule an installation date.

Two weeks went by, no call. I called them to ask the status of my order and spoke to Matt. He couldn't find any information and said he needed to speak with Scott regarding my order. Scott was busy, so Matt said he would call me back.

About 15 minutes later, Matt called and needed more information from me regarding my order. I provided him with every detail. Matt again said he needed to speak with Scott and would call me back.

Another 15 minutes, another phone call from Matt. He claimed they were sent the wrong tint and needed to re order. I let them know I was no longer interested since the job should have been completed weeks ago.

I'm going to go ahead and find a business which will actually do the job and not blame their supplier.

These guys don't play around! They really know what they're doing, and they're very good at it! Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, very professional, and very knowledgable about their products and profession. I had the two front windows on my husband's GMC Terrain matched to the factory tint on the rear windows. I was in and out in under 30 minutes! They use Formula One High Performance Tint by Llumar. It's top of the line and number one for innovation in the field. There's a manufacturer's lifetime limited warranty, and it's transferrable to subsequent vehicle owners. That's not to say that if you scratch the tint they'll replace it free, however, if it starts to crack or bubbles or color fades, they will replace it. They have several options to choose from, including nano-ceramic tint, and many shades as well. I thought the prices are fair, especially for what you get. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! It might be a few days til your appointment, but the wait is DEFINITELY worth it!
