I just called the pro shop to see if they would back date a certificate for a hole in one I got back on May 1st 2016. Some punk kid on the phone said no, it was to long ago?? Do hole in one’s expire? What horrible customer service!!! I didn’t know I was supposed to go to the pro shop and tell them or I would have. I only found this out this past Monday at TCI where I got another hole in one when my buddy told me I should have had the head pro sign a certificate for me. TCI STAFF WAS GREAT BYBTHE WAY! Why can’t this golf course have night golfing? You’d make a lot more money and maybe you could actually make your course nicer and actually worth the money you charge. There’s nothing cool in this city. Nothing different like night golfing and the workers treat you badly if you twilight golf. Whoever the Asian guy is needs to be fired. Extremely rude. I will never golf here again, I live on this golf course and tried to book me and my fiance's wedding there. After not hearing back from the event manager a gentleman at the counter said he would help us out. We spoke to the owner had our own vendors had everything set. How to contract pay to deposit in the event manager started coming up with reasons on why we couldn't have our wedding there.
